My Health Profile is a compilation of key information about your overall health parameters. Through it, you can keep track of your health patterns over time. Currently, this feature is available only on the app. When you regularly update your Health Profile, you can track changes in your health status over time, identify any changes, and adjust as needed.
You can access Health Profile from the Account Menu. Once you select Health profile, you can start with the onboarding flow to initiate your health profile by updating your height and weight, blood group, risk factors, and allergies.

Health profile data such as body measurements and blood pressure taken during your recent clinic appointment visit can also be synced directly to your Health Profile. Once you begin filling out your Health Profile data, you can choose to fill all sections or skip some for later. To make sure you always have the updated records, you can keep adding your Health Profile details anytime by visiting the Health Profile Dashboard.
BMI stands for Body Mass Index, which is a measure of a person's weight relative to their height. It is commonly used as a screening tool to identify potential health risks associated with weight and to classify individuals as underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese.
Under Health Profile from Account menu, you can access the Body Measurement Card. By tapping on the Body Measurement card, You can add/edit/delete your height and weight measurements.

Based on your latest height and weight, your current BMI will be calculated, which identifies whether you are within the normal, overweight, or obese range. Body measurements taken during recent clinic appointment visits can also be synced on your Health Profile. Only height and weight that have been updated manually can be deleted by the user on the app. The chart has weekly, monthly, and 6 months options, you can track your weight trends based on each option. BMI indicator classifications can be reviewed on the app under the BMI section.
A health profile risk factor refers to any condition that increases an individual's likelihood of developing a particular health problem or experiencing adverse health outcomes.

By keeping risk factors up to date under your Health Profile, you can ensure that your health profile accurately reflects your current health status. It can also be shared with the respective health care providers for holistic healthcare. This enables us later to send personalized recommendations and interventions that are tailored to your specific health needs and risks.
Under Health Profile from the account menu, you can access the Risk Factors section. You can add/edit/delete any known health risk factors or conditions you are currently facing, such as diabetes, hypertension, smoking, etc. In case you have some other specific risk factors that do not fit inside a general category, you can mention them in the Others section.
Allergies are the immune system's reactions to substances such as food or medications.

Knowing about allergies to medications and foods and updating them on the app is crucial. The data you update can also be shared with health care providers, to better assist them in preventing adverse reactions and ensuring your safety during any medical treatments.
Under Health Profile from the Account menu, you can access Allergies section. You can add/edit/delete any specific Food Allergies you have (e.g., nut allergy, fruit allergy, etc.). You can Include Medication Allergies as well (e.g., allergies to specific medications, such as penicillin or blood thinners). Other specific allergies you have that are not slotted under food or medication can be mentioned in the Others section.
Blood pressure readings provide valuable insights into the health of the cardiovascular system, Monitoring blood pressure trends over time enables you to identify the increased risk for developing cardiovascular diseases and to implement appropriate preventive measures and interventions.

For individuals diagnosed with hypertension, tracking blood pressure measurements within a health profile module helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment interventions, such as lifestyle changes and medication therapy.
In Health Profile you can update your most recent blood pressure measurement (systolic & diastolic) to receive an initial evaluation of your blood pressure level. For best results, update your blood pressure readings daily, so that your doctors can also have an accurate idea of your BP levels. Blood pressure taken during recent clinic appointment visits can also be Synced on your Health Profile blood pressure card. You can track your blood pressure level trends on the app visually through the generated chart, during the Day, over the week, or throughout the month.

Blood pressure reading classifications can be reviewed on the app, according to the classifications you can be identified as normal, elevated, or hypertension, but these classifications are just indicators. In case of hypertension, please consult a specialist.
